Training——how to further tracking clients?
With the fierce competition of commerce, we focus on the self-development of salesmen. We regularly hold the training so that our salesmen can bear the great pressure in work. Not only do the training improve salesmen’s inner world, but also lead to success in work.
Lately, we had a training called "How to further tracking clients?".
The training contains three sections.
First, I thought I established a good relationship with clients successfully in the exhibition. But why I sent emails without any replies?
Second, our salesmen received inquiries from clients, and clients told us their requirements in details. However, we made a quotation about the inquiries. The clients vanished without any reasons.
Third, when it comes to sending samples, salesmen couldn’t reach clients. Why?
Four, we are very pleased after confirming the PI, but clients had no reply and lost contacts. Why?
Five, cooperation between us was going smoothly after a trial order. However, the mass production couldn’t proceed anymore. Why?
Six, we were agreed with clients’ target price, but clients vanished without any replies. Why?
All the questions above are common in the process of negotiation. How to proceed and establish long term relationship with clients are very important for companies who want to open the market oversea.
